- LinkedIn: Yes, it is difficult for many to see what has been prevented because of often putting out fires from what wasn’t prevented. Reaction being judged as more important than prevention. This puts some methods and innovations at a disadvantage from being recognized and adopted. The ability to prevent doesn’t (and shouldn’t) look like the ability to defend and/or react. Leadership who notices this and adjusts their perspectives accordingly have a better chance of being ahead of change, rather than expressing agility through traumas-formed-thru-change.
